Name of the register
The company’s customer register, marketing register and partner register, covering stakeholders. The registers are processed by a data controller and a possible deputy.
Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data
The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the company and/or the customer relationship and/or consent or the establishment of a contract. The legitimate interest is based on the management of a contractual relationship with the customer.
The purpose of processing personal data is to contact customers, maintain customer relations and market services, target advertising, sales, production, delivery, user management and billing. The consent of the individual is obtained on a case-by-case basis, documented or voluntary, and in some cases by contract to which the data subject is a party.
The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data content of the register
We process the following personal data in connection with the register:
- Name of the data subject: first name and surname
- Contact details of the data subject: e-mail address and, where applicable, telephone number.
- Company details: company name, telephone number, e-mail address, address details, business ID, billing details, contact details
- Customer and contract details
- Information on the number of participants in the controller’s events
- Any prohibitions and consents
- Other data relating to the customer relationship and the services ordered
By submitting the form, the person agrees that the personal data provided by you will be stored by the website owner in its own system in order to provide the requested service.
The controller’s website collects information on the user’s movements and actions, the consent and refusal of the user, and any other information provided by the user, by means of cookies and other similar technologies.
Regular data sources
The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer himself through messages sent via online forms, e-mail, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where the customer provides his data.
Data transfers and disclosure
Data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed with the customer. The data will not be transferred by the controller outside the EU or EEA.
J5L-Production Ltd’s service providers may outsource the processing of personal data to their subcontractors and partners, who may also be located outside the EU and EEA, such as in the USA. In these cases, the service provider ensures adequate data protection and data processing through the EU-U.S Privacy Shield arrangement or by contractual means using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. More detailed information is available upon request. Requests should be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may ask the requester to prove their identity if necessary.
Principles of register protection
The register is processed with due diligence, and data processed by information systems is protected appropriately. When registry data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is taken care of appropriately. The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights, and other critical information related to personal data security are processed confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it belongs to.
Data retention period or criteria for determining it
We store personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose of using the information. The data retention period (or criteria for determining it) can also be derived from mandatory (legally prescribed) retention periods and industry codes of conduct.
J5L-Production Ltd evaluates the necessity of data retention internally, taking into account applicable legislation. The individual has the right to request the deletion of their data from the register.
Right of inspection and right to demand correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information.

The person in the register has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them from the register (“the right to be forgotten”). The individual also has the right to withdraw consent or agreement at any time. All requests related to personal data must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may ask the requester to prove their identity if necessary. The data controller responds to the customer within the time prescribed by the EU Data Protection Regulation (mainly within one month).
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Every registered person has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state where their permanent residence or workplace is located, or where the alleged infringement of the Data Protection Regulation has occurred.
Legality of disclosing personal data
If providing personal data is a legal or contractual requirement or a requirement necessary for entering into a contract, J5L-Production Ltd, as the data controller, will clearly state whether the registered person is obliged to provide personal data and what the possible consequences of not providing such data are.
